Founded in 1997, the company is located in the Railway Vehicle Industrial Park, Lvyuan Economic Development Zone, Changchun, just 1.5 km from the Hexin Plant of CRRC Changchun Railway Vehicles Co., Ltd. It covers about 35,000 square meters, and staff with mid-to-senior professional titles account for over 15% of the total personnel.
